Xiaoxiao Chen, M.S., BCBA, PhD Candidate
Xiaoxiao is a highly experienced professional with a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and over 10 years of experience working with children and families with special needs. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the same field and has presented her work at the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI). Xiaoxiao's expertise includes increasing language skills and tact discrimination teaching strategies. She has worked with provincially funded programs, provided clinical oversight of ABA services, and is an advocate for the Autism community. As an experienced clinical supervisor, Xiaoxiao is listed on the OAP Provider List and is highly respected in the industry.

Mengqi (Maggie) Li, M.S., BCBA
Program Manager & Clinical Supervisor
Mengqi (Maggie) Li, M.S., BCBA, is a Clinical Supervisor and Program Manager at Nutcracker Therapy. With a Master of Science degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Maggie has been working with individuals with Autism since 2014, supporting children and adults across the lifespan. Maggie presented her joint control research at ABAI in 2020 and continues to expand her expertise while helping young learners with ASD. She is a certified JASPER clinician and trainer for the Chinese ABA community.

Fanmiao (Miya) Meng, B. Com.
Miya has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University, and is an experienced Service Manager. Her responsibilities include managing the scheduling department, conducting interviews and orientations for new hires, and organizing administrative processes. Additionally, she assists parents in accessing community resources and is committed to professional development. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in ABA from Florida Institute of Technology and working towards her national certification in ABA.

Lini Huang, an instructor therapist at Nutcracker Therapy, has a bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Autism and Behavior Science. She's a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with three years of experience working with autistic children and five years of counseling experience in China. Lini is adept at combining teaching with play and deeply understands children's behavior and emotions.

Passionate about helping children learn skills and fulfill their needs, Connie is dedicated to her work.

Susan, a Seneca College graduate with a Diploma in Behavioural Sciences, is an experienced Instructor Therapist at Nutcracker Therapy. Her role is to implement one-on-one Intensive Behaviour Intervention (IBI) using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles for children with ASD. Susan is passionate about updating her teaching strategies to enhance the lives of those diagnosed with ASD.

Meilin holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the UK. Her passion for assisting children with special needs led her to work in special education, including autism private school and behavior therapy center. She earned a 4.0 GPA in Behavior Science at Seneca College and is now pursuing a higher degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Meilin works as a behavior therapist at Nutcracker Therapy Toronto and finds motivation in witnessing her clients' success.

She works as a therapist for children with ASD and special needs, offering support in various settings, including schools and communities. Rasika is passionate about providing compassionate therapy and teaching essential skills for children's success.

Passionate about teaching children with autism, she's currently pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Autism & Behavioral Science and worked closely with adults and kids in a respite center.
