Xiaoxiao Chen, M.S., BCBA, PhD Candidate
Associate Founder, Clinical Director
Xiaoxiao has over 10 years of experience working with children and families with special needs. She graduated from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a Master degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Right now she is working towards her Ph.D. degree in ABA program.
In 2018, Xiaoxiao participated Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) as a poster presenter. Her primary interests are increasing children's language skills and teaching advanced language skills through tact discrimination teaching strategies. She is currently working on a project to teach young children manding (requesting) skills by using an Artificial Intelligence (AI) device.
Xiaoxiao's work experience includes provincially funded programs for children and teenagers with developmental diagnoses, consultation with school professionals, and provision of clinical oversight of ABA services for children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. She is an advocate for the Autism community and she is a trainer of the Chinese ABA community.

Mengqi (Maggie) Li, M.S., BCBA
Program Manager & Clinical Supervisor
Mengqi (Maggie) Li, M.S., BCBA is a Clinical Supervisor at Nutcracker Therapy. She has a Master of Science degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
She has worked in the field since 2014 and has experience working with individuals across the lifespan with Autism supporting both children and adults.
In 2020, Maggie participated Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) as a poster presenter. She presented her research regarding using joint control to increase children's listening skills. In 2022, Maggie continue to expand her expertise while supporting young learners with ASD. She is a certified JASPER (joint attention, symbolic play, engagement and regulation) clinician and she's experienced in supporting families with young learners. Maggie has experience with reducing challenging behaviour through a variety of interventions and comprehensive skill development with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is passionate about helping the kids develop communication and social skills, and is always eager to learn more about the field.
Fanmiao (Miya) Meng, B. Com.
Miya graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management. She has years of experience in developing management plans, coordinating clients and services, and monitoring service outcomes.
Miya's primary role as the Service Manager is to work alongside the Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor to ensure efficiency within the scheduling department, conducts interviews and orientations for new hires as well as organize the administrative process for the clinical team. She also provided information and referrals to parents and facilitated their access to community resources.
She is committed to professional development. She is currently working towards a degree in ABA from Florida Institute of Technology and working towards her national certification of ABA.
